Typography Ideas-Questionaire.

Here are the eight different typography's that we used for audience research, when handing them out to people to choose which one they think suited for our film we added a brief synopsis on top of the typography. We have chose the top one which is has a tick to next to it due to the audience research choosing this one the most.

Storyboards.

Here are the storyboards for our title sequence 'Reflection'. The storyboards show you what will be shown in each shot and what angles will be used to make the title sequence. A couple of hiccups with the storyboards are that we haven't included timings for a couple of the shots also deciding when sound is appearing in the title sequence. In the storyboards we have all included our individual contribution eventhough we done the storyboards together, we were doing our own drawings as well as writing out own things for each drawing we done. So the storyboards turned out well and had different ideas towards them from each member of the group.

Music Decisions.

We have chose to do our music on 'Garage Band' reason because of this is each group member has had experience in using garage band. In Wednesdays lesson we experimented with sounds with what we think in the group would go well with our title sequence as well as the theme. Before finalising that we were going to use garage band we listened to a couple of songs that we thought would go with our title sequence but we wanted our music for the title sequence to be orginal and have our own sound to it rather than copyright.

Character Decisions.

In this image we are seeing what it looks like with the character holding the book, who will be Megan's little sister playing the little girl Rosie. What we aimed to do by putting these pictures on the blog is to experiment to see what it will look like in the our title sequence. We also chose Megan's little sister due to the fact that we was going to use one of the group members but after a discussion about it realistically it wouldn't work. Using Megan's little sister is the final decision for using her as our main character because in the images it shows you how it looks with her holding the book and not seeing her face, this is what we are aiming to achieve in the title sequence not seeing 'Rosie' face and her holding the book.

Todays lesson we had a long discussion and finalised everything so that everything for the title sequence is up to date. We have completely finished the storyboards, and know how as a group want to film, as well as this we also discussed where we are shooting the title sequence, also how long we will need to edit. The date we will start filming is Wednesday 11th January, which will be at my house after school. Photographs were taken of each of the group members house and looked through them to decide whose house to film at, concluded to filming at mine. Pictures will be added to the blog. In the lesson today we created a questionaire for our typography although we weren't able to hand them out in todays lesson we will definately be doing it next lesson.

Today's lesson we finished our storyboards and created a google calendar which will help us towards meeting the deadline and organize when to film as well as sorting out props, music and everything else to make our title sequence. We also discussed in our group whose house to film at and by deciding this we took pictures of each of our houses which will be put on our blog as well as the finalised decision to whose house we will be filming at which will also be put on the blog. Also talked about a main prop which will be used in the title sequence alot which is a book, as a group we decided who will buy the book and next lesson start making the book and testing what we would like to do with it works.

In today lesson will were finishing off our storyboards and making decisions on where to film our title sequence and generally just getting things ready to film as soon as possible.
